Q1. What’s your background / experience as a personal trainer?
I have worked for 10-years as a trainer in the fitness industry having worked in gym and studio settings along with outdoor training.
Q2. What is your philosophy on health and fitness?
I am passionate about health and fitness and continue to seek and learn new ideas to help train clients and myself. I believe that in order to reach your fitness goals, it’s not only fitness training that you need to be consistent with, but all aspects of health, taking more of a holistic view to your overall health so that you can achieve your personal goals.

To help others on their health and wellness journey.
Q4. How would you describe your training style?
I have a strong focus on functional movement and strength training, as well as weight management techniques and nutrition. Firm but fair!!
Q5. How do you stay on top of the latest fitness research and information?
I like to read various forms of research and information on training and nutrition, along with doing courses, seminars, and workshops on a variety of topics across fitness and nutrition.
