The retreat includes 2 options. Either to do it in person with us in Byron Bay, or the Virtual Retreat from home.
Retreat - Online or In Person Options - Accelerate Progress and Have Fun!
The program finishes with a retreat 3-day retreat. On retreat you will cement all the things you have learnt throughout the program and have a week away to really focus on filling any knowledge gaps that need filling. It is an opportunity to get away from life's distractions with like-minded people so you can really focus on your own health.

All retreat activities are optional. We encourage participants to do it all, but also understand that you might need a bit of extra rest on some days, so it is not mandatory to do all elements every day.
For those who cannot attend the retreat - there is an online retreat option, which is a little more affordable for those on a budget. It includes the same activities, but can be completed from the comfort of your own home.
Post Program - For Long-Term Success
We are committed to your long-term success so we follow-up the program with a post program meeting to ensure you have a plan for your future and can work through what your post retreat plans need to be. We make sure you have everything you need and are confident in your next steps to continue your own journey towards better health.
